Core/Cup Plugs
Mercury Products proprietary Sealrite core plugs are fabricated from a wide range of material offerings including cold-rolled steel, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, Galvalume®, or your specified material and finish.
The plugs feature a tapered edge that creates a spring-lock effect for a positive seal that prevents leakage.
Many special diameters, wall heights, and thicknesses can be accommodated, usually without additional tooling charges.

Automotive and non-automotive:
- Gasoline and diesel engines
- Transmissions
- Transfer cases
- Gear boxes, etc.
Materials
Cold-rolled, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, Galvalume®, or your requested material.
Sizes
Standard diameters range from ½” up over 3 ¼” or sized accordingly to meet your core plug design needs.
Finishes
Zinc plated or other finishes are available.
