Mercury Products V-insert clamps provide exceptional performance for manufacturers of heavy-duty equipment.
A variety of flexible designs offer reliability in exhaust systems, blower wheels, canisters, filtration, and numerous specialty applications. Our V-insert clamps are fabricated to meet customer configurations and dimensions. V-insert hot-rolled steel or alternate materials and finishes are available to meet specific requirements.
Mercury Products Corp. also offers muffler shield clamp assemblies in a range of materials, finishes and sizes to accommodate standard and specialty applications. Mercury’s stack-guard and muffler-guard clamp designs feature pierce nuts to eliminate thread interruption caused by plating or weld flash. Each V-insert clamp assembly is resistance welded for maximum strength and rigidity.
